Reality Based Self Defense

Our reality based combat fighting system is designed for students who wish to learn effective reality based combat skills in a short period of time. We use a modern method of teaching. There are no belts or uniforms and we do not practice traditional movements and patterns [kata] in this course. All the self defense techniques are designed to be highly effective while performed by average individuals. Our reality based combat self defense system can be beneficial to anyone teen or older. You will learn effective techniques and habits in your first session and notice increased self-confidence and self-awareness in as little as three months.

Great Instructors & Great Training

We offer reality based combat courses for men and women and regularly host female-only self defense/self protection seminars. Our master instructors have years of self defense training and a wealth of teaching experience. The intention of the course is to give our students the best self defense training available. Instructor

Master Marcos Starling has been teaching self defense for over 35 years. He has worked with the United States National Guard and has taught reality based combat to police forces internationally. Today he conducts FREE Seminars on Reality Based Combat to the general public and teaches group classes and private lessons to average people.
